Refund Policy

Product Variations (Handmade Ceramics)

All of our ceramic products are handmade and individually crafted, meaning each item is unique.

As a result:

  • Variations in colour, glaze, texture, size, and finish are to be expected

  • Images on our website are provided as a guide only

  • No two pieces will be identical

These natural variations are not considered faults or defects and are not valid grounds for a refund or return under our change-of-mind policy.

However, if a product is significantly different from its description, misleading, or faulty, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Shipping & Transit Damage

We take great care in packaging our ceramics to minimise the risk of damage during shipping.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for ensuring your order arrives in acceptable condition.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage

  • We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in line with your consumer rights

Shipping Insurance 

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for additional peace of mind. This may provide priority handling or expedited resolution in the event of damage or loss.

Important Clarification

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Natural variations in handmade products (as outlined above)

  • Change of mind (unless eligible under our policy)

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
