Shipping Policy

At Tree of Life Saramics, each piece is carefully handmade and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 30 business days depending on the size of the order (Will inform when order is recieved).

As many of our ceramics are made in small batches or to order:

  • Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods

  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping:  15 business days

  • Express Shipping:  8 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, your location and the current world conflict.

Handmade & Fragile Items

All of our ceramics are handmade and fragile.

We take great care to package each item securely using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Delivery Responsibility

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for ensuring your order arrives in acceptable condition.

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe

please contact us at sarahmortaza@outlook.com with your order details so we can assist.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for additional peace of mind.

This may include:

  • Priority handling of claims

  • Additional support in the event of loss or damage

Choosing not to purchase shipping insurance does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

We will assist in resolving the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
